From Design to Shipment

Each stage connects the confirmed project requirements to the next engineering and production handoff.

STAGE // 01

AutoCAD Drawing & Design

After order confirmation, the engineering team completes the AutoCAD drawings and machine design according to the requirements and technical discussions finalized during confirmation.

  • Order confirmation and requirement review
  • Technical discussions and finalized requirements
  • AutoCAD drawing and machine design preparation
Typical drawing/design procedure: 2–7 days. Actual duration can depend on project complexity and requirements.

STAGE // 02

Engineering & Project Handling

Once the drawings are completed, the project is forwarded to the responsible line engineer who handles and coordinates the project throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Completed drawings handed to the responsible line engineer
  • Project coordination through manufacturing
  • Engineering handling remains connected to the production path

STAGE // 03

Manufacturing

The machine and its required parts are manufactured according to the finalized design and the requirements established during order confirmation.

  • Manufacturing follows the finalized machine design
  • Required machine parts are produced as part of the project
  • Production progresses under the responsible project handling

STAGE // 04

Complete Machine Assembly

After the machine and its required parts are completely manufactured, the components are brought together and the machine is assembled completely in preparation for a test run.

  • Manufactured parts are brought together
  • Components are integrated into the complete machine
  • The assembled machine is prepared for testing

STAGE // 05

Test Run

The complete machine is prepared for a test run to verify operation and observe performance before it moves to packing.

  • Complete machine assembly precedes the test run
  • Operational verification is performed before packing
  • The machine moves forward after the test-run stage
TEST RUN // OPERATIONAL VERIFICATIONSTATUS // OBSERVE

STAGE // 06

Packing

After the test run is completed, the machine is packed partially or as a whole depending on the machine type and transportation requirements.

  • Packing follows completion of the test run
  • Partial or complete packing may be used
  • Packing approach depends on machine type and transportation requirements
PARTIAL / COMPLETE PACKING

STAGE // 07

Shipment

The final packed machine is prepared for shipment and dispatch.

  • Final packed-machine preparation
  • Shipment readiness and dispatch preparation
