Engineering Purpose

  • Remove sizing agents, oils, waxes, dirt and processing residues from greige fabric.
  • Improve wettability and uniform liquor penetration before dyeing.
  • Control fabric width, tension, shrinkage and surface condition where required.
  • Deliver a consistent, clean substrate so downstream shade and quality targets are repeatable.
